Mount & Antler Safety Release
This Mount and Antler Safety Release forms part of the Terms and Conditions and Legal Notices of Rustic Antler Market, a trade name of High Desert Hospitality, LLC (the “Company”). Capitalized terms not defined here shall have the meanings set forth in those policies.
Antlers and antler mounts are natural materials and may include sharp points, hard edges, and irregular surfaces. For your safety and the safety of others, please read the following information carefully.
Acknowledgment of Risk
By purchasing, receiving, or taking possession of any antlers, antler mounts, skullcaps, or related products from the Company, you (the buyer, customer, or recipient) acknowledge and agree that these products are inherently rigid natural materials and may present a risk of serious personal injury, death, or property damage if handled, installed, displayed, or used improperly.
You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the handling, unpacking, installation, display, relocation, storage, and use of these products.
Customer Responsibilities
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for:
• Safe handling during unpacking, assembly, setup, and relocation
• Selecting appropriate mounting and display hardware suitable for your specific wall type and environment
• Proper installation into adequate wall structure, including studs, anchors, masonry, or other appropriate supports
• Verifying that mounts and antlers are secure prior to display and remain secure over time
• Routine inspection and maintenance of mounting hardware and wall integrity
• Keeping antlers and mounts out of reach of children and animals
Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and as further set forth in the Legal Notice and Acknowledgment and Release of Liability, you agree to release, waive, and hold harmless the Company, including High Desert Hospitality, LLC doing business as Rustic Antler Market, and its owners, members, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, successors, and assigns from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising out of or related to:
• Handling, unpacking, installation, display, relocation, storage, or use of antlers or mounts
• Improper installation, unsuitable wall conditions, or failure of customer provided hardware
• Accidental contact, punctures, cuts, scrapes, impact injuries, or other bodily harm
• Mounts or antlers falling or shifting after installation
• Property damage to walls, floors, fixtures, furniture, or personal property
This release applies whether such claims arise from negligence, accident, misuse, or unforeseen circumstances, except where prohibited by law.

Any general guidance provided by the Company is offered for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional installation, engineering, or safety advice.
You are solely responsible for determining appropriate installation methods for your environment. If you are uncertain, the use of a qualified professional installer is strongly recommended.
Acceptance and Incorporation by Reference
This Mount and Antler Safety Release is incorporated by reference into the Company’s Terms and Conditions and Legal Notices.
By completing a purchase, accepting delivery, taking possession of any product, or checking a required acknowledgment box at checkout when applicable, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Mount and Antler Safety Release, the Terms and Conditions, and all related policies in full.
