1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing, browsing, submitting information to, or purchasing from Rustic Antler Market, a trade name of High Desert Hospitality, LLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all related policies referenced herein.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use this website, submit information through our forms, or purchase our products.
2. Use of Website
This website is intended for lawful personal use only. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use any content for unlawful or commercial purposes without prior written permission from the Company.
3. Products and Natural Materials
All products sold by the Company are made from natural materials. Variations in size, shape, coloration, texture, weight, and character are inherent and expected and are not considered defects.
Product images, descriptions, measurements, and examples are provided for reference only. Actual items may differ due to the natural characteristics of antlers and materials used. Such variations do not constitute defects and are not grounds for return, exchange, or refund.
4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.
An order is not considered accepted until payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation has been issued.
5. Pricing and Errors
Prices are subject to change without notice. While we strive for accuracy, errors in pricing, descriptions, availability, or product details may occur. The Company reserves the right to correct such errors and cancel affected orders at its discretion.
6. Made to Order Items
Made to order items are created using materials selected by the purchaser from available options offered by the Company.
Once production has begun, made to order items may not be modified, canceled, returned, or refunded unless otherwise stated in writing.
7. Custom Mounts and Intake Forms
Custom mounts are created using customer supplied antlers and specifications submitted through the Company’s intake forms, including forms provided through third party services such as Helium.
By submitting a custom mount form, you represent that:
• You are the lawful owner of the antlers submitted
• The antlers were obtained legally and ethically
• The information provided is accurate and complete
Custom mounts are final sale. Once production has begun, custom orders may not be modified, canceled, or refunded. The Company is not responsible for errors, delays, or outcomes resulting from incomplete, inaccurate, or unclear information submitted through intake forms.
8. Shipping and Risk of Loss
Shipping timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed. For Company supplied products, risk of loss passes to the purchaser upon transfer of the product to the shipping carrier.
For custom mounts, inbound shipping of customer supplied antlers is the responsibility of the sender. The Company is not responsible for loss or damage incurred during inbound shipping.
9. Returns and Exchanges
Due to the nature of our products, returns and exchanges are accepted only where explicitly stated in writing.
Natural variations, cosmetic differences, or characteristics inherent to natural materials do not qualify for return or exchange. Custom and made to order items are not eligible for return.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, designs, product names, forms, branding, and layout, is the property of the Company and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase, use, handling, installation, or display of any products sold.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or products, your submission of inaccurate information, or your violation of these Terms.

Your use of this website, submission of information through forms, and any purchases made are subject to the Company’s Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
