1. Length — The Span

How we measure:
We start at the burr (the base) and measure straight to the farthest tip — no curves, just a clean, straight line.

How you measure your space:
Use a tape measure to find the longest straight-line distance where the antler will sit or hang. Think of this as the span of your display area — how far your antler will stretch end to end.

2. Width — The Spread

How we measure:
We turn the antler 90° and measure the widest distance from tip to tip.


How you measure your space:
Measure the widest open area you have side-to-side. If your space is more square, this number may be similar to your length. If it’s a long narrow space (like a mantle or shelf), this number will be smaller.

3. Depth — the presence

How we measure:
We rest the tines (tips) on a flat surface and measure from that surface straight up to the highest curve of the antler.

How you measure your space:
Measure how far out from the wall, table, or shelf your antler can extend without feeling crowded. This tells you how much “presence” the antler will have in your room — that natural, dimensional look we all love.
