At Rustic Antler Market, every piece is thoughtfully sourced and carefully curated. Because many of our products are natural, handcrafted, or digital in nature, return eligibility varies by product category.

Please review the information below prior to completing your purchase.

Naturally Shed Antlers and Raw Antlers
All antlers sold by Rustic Antler Market are one-of-a-kind natural items. Variations in size, color, texture, and form are inherent to the material and are not considered defects.

Returns

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unaltered, and returned in original condition
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable

Non-Returnable

  • Antlers that have been cut, drilled, modified, or damaged after delivery
  • Antlers purchased at a discount or marked final sale

Handcrafted Antler Mounts and Decor Pieces

Our mounts and decor pieces are handcrafted, one of one works, often incorporating specialty fabrics and custom materials. Due to their bespoke nature, returns are limited.

Standard Ready Made Mounts

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery
  • Item must be returned in original condition with no signs of installation or damage
  • Buyer is responsible for insured return shipping
  • Original shipping fees are non refundable


Custom or Made to Order Mounts

  • All custom mounts are final sale
  • This includes mounts made from customer supplied antlers
  • This also includes mounts customized by fabric, plaque, size, or finish selection


Digital Downloads and Digital Art
All digital products are delivered electronically and are non refundable.

No Returns or Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of digital content, all digital downloads are final sale
  • Refunds will not be issued once files have been delivered or accessed


Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • A brief description of the issue

We will review the situation and may offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time is typically 5 to 10 business days after the return is received and inspected
  • Shipping costs are non refundable unless the return is due to our error

Shipping Responsibility and RiskOnce an item has shipped, Rustic Antler Market is not responsible for delays or damage caused by the carrier. For all returns, customers are responsible for proper packaging and insured return shipping.
